Send us an email to book, get a quote, or field questions about Swallowtail. Please add date(s) and time(s) you would like us to perform in your “Message”. In general, we play a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 3 hours.

Basically: $300 and up… sky’s the limit.

As with all things performance related, our fees change based on a variety of factors: your budget, the type of event, distance form our home base, audience number, and performance hours.

Here are our rough metrics for Swallowtail and the addition of the Kaleidoscope demarcated by (*):

Public venue bookings such as a bar or restaurant: $350 flat, $450-$500*.

Private bookings: $300/hr, $400 and up based on number of personnel*

We charge the government rate per mile for bookings more than 60 miles away from Twisp, WA.

Bookings more than 2 hours from Twisp, WA will require a per diem for room and board, or have room and board supplied for all personnel contracted for the gig.
