About Ms. Radulovic

Born in Bar, Montenegro, on 24.12.2000, Nikoleta Radulovic lives in Belgrade where she is a student of composition in the class of professor Tatjana Milošević Mijanović. Ms. Radulovic plays violin and piano as primary instruments and frequently acoustic and electric guitar on which she utilizes contemporary techniques for composing purposes. She actively sings many genres, in many languages and frequently performs her own music, stylistically contemporary, film and spiritual music – with aspects of musique concrete, electronics and/or for live performers.

Ms. Radulovic enjoys painting and creating visual designs for her compositions. She is a lyricist and dedicates everything to the themes in her Art by searching for subjective identity with these themes so she can focus on presenting a theme’s native and intrinsic, energetic and affective qualities hoping to avoid missing out on aspects of a theme that might immediately be unobservable to her.

Ms. Radulovic’s experience in acting has also helped her developed her ability to identify that which might be immediately unobservable and the process to find these hidden identities. This allows her to jump easily between the roles of composer and performer. In many of her compositions, Ms. Radulovic, employs certain dance-like, symbolic body movements during performance.

Ms. Radulovic gains additional inspiration from knowledge that we only transmit what is already somewhere in the Universe, just waiting for us to find it.
